The second Handy Block Party will be hosted as a featured event of the W.C. Handy Music Festival in downtown Florence. This year will be featuring Tim Cannon & Rollin’ in the Hay and Alabama Music Hall-of-Famer, Donna Hall! This event is brought to you by the Downtown Florence Alliance and will be a great kick-off for the W.C. Handy Festival.
