The 21st Annual Swampers 5K & 1 Mile Run/Walk will be on April 12th starting at 8am at Muscle Shoals Middle School. All runners will receive a t-shirt and all 5K finishers and kids 12 and under in the 1 Mile will receive a custom finishers medal.

Packet pickup Friday April 11th from 4:30-6:30 PM at the Muscle Shoals Middle School Gym and Saturday morning.

This race benefits the Shoals Civic League. 2025 RRCA Southern Region 5K Championship
