We would like to invite you to celebrate our 20-year anniversary with a free to the public, Mental Health Awareness event, the Power of Play! Tennessee Valley Pediatrics has been a vital part of keeping the Shoals Area’s children and families healthy for the past 20 years.

Recently, Tennessee Valley Pediatrics has expanded services to include a Behavioral Health Clinic, where we provide a family-centered approach to children in need of mental health services. The Power of Play theme comes from the concept that parents/caregivers playing with their children builds healthy bonds, communication, problem-solving, and self-regulation skills. The goal of this event is to encourage play between adult caregivers and children to become part of their everyday family life. 

This event will have family activities and community resources. There will be outdoor play, bounce houses, and food trucks. The event will also have free shaved ice for kids, a dunk tank, and raffle prizes!
