The Franklin County Chamber of Commerce will host the 3rd annual Pumpkin Palooza Scarecrow Trail at Russellville’s City Lake Park. Pumpkin Palooza is a free, family-friendly event. Come join the fun by entering a scarecrow or decorating a space for a photo booth.
