19th Annual Swampers 5K & 1 Mile Run/Walk benefits the Shoals Civic League. Packet pickup is Friday, April 28th from 4:30-6:30 PM at the Muscle Shoals Middle School Gym and Saturday morning. All runners will receive a t-shirt and all 5K finishers and kids 12 and under in the 1 Mile will receive a custom finishers medal. 2023 RRCA Southern Region 5K Championship. In-Person Event.

5K begins at 8 AM
